In which countries can I be delivered?

We ship worldwide. 

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Delivery costs are calculated as accurately as possible, based on the exact weight of your package and your address. Each package is shipped with a tracking number, regardless of the destination. You will receive this tracking number by email when your order is shipped.

Are taxes included?

Our prices are displayed All Taxes Included for orders to France and countries of the European Union.

What are the delivery times ?

Each of your orders is printed on demand so as not to overproduce. It is therefore necessary to count between 2 to 4 working days of preparation after validation of your basket. At this time and depending on the destination, it is necessary to count:

For France : 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
For the European Union : 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.

We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier.

How do I track my package?

When your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail containing the tracking link for your package.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home when the postman passes, a transit advice note is left in your mailbox, indicating the time and day of passage as well as the post office where you can collect the package. You must go to the post office with your delivery notice and an identity document.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

If a package is indicated as "delivered", and you still have not received it, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

How soon after placing my order can I return my items?

You have 14 days to change your mind and return the item to us in its original condition upon receipt of your order.
We know it's not always easy to choose online. This is why you will find on each product page all the necessary measures to help you in your choice. However, if the size does not fit, you always have the option of exchanging.

What are the conditions for requesting a return or an exchange?

Items must be returned in their original packaging. A worn, damaged or soiled product will not be subject to any exchange or refund.

Return costs are your responsibility. We advise you to send it for tracking and keep your proof of postage to protect yourself in the event of loss or damage to the returned package.

After receiving your package, we will send you the desired product in the size indicated or proceed with the refund according to your choice. Initial delivery charges are not refunded. In the event of an exchange, the costs of reshipping the new item are at our expense.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Step 1: contact us at hello@jetlaggirl.com specifying your name and order number and indicating "EXCHANGE" or "RETURN" in the subject of your e-mail. For a size exchange, specify the desired size.

Step 2: prepare your package . Returned items must be returned in their original packaging. A worn, damaged or soiled product will not be subject to any exchange or refund.
On the delivery note that you will have received with your order, please circle the item to be returned and if it is a change in size, specify the size requested in replacement. Return the delivery slip inside the package.

Step 3: drop off your package at a post office. The parcel must be sent to the address that we will indicate to you.

Who bears the return costs?

In the event of an exchange, the cost of reshipping the new article is offered.
We reimburse the return costs if the product has a defect. In this case, contact our customer service.

How do I get a refund following a return?

The refund is made within 3 and 7 days from the date on which the return was received. We will reimburse you via the payment method used when placing your order, if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.

What should I do in the event of an error in the order received?

If you have received an item different from the one ordered, you can contact our customer service here and we will tell you what to do. We may ask you to send us photos of the item in question.
